A 3GPP compliant CV2X Mode 4 Open Source implementation for OMNeT++

Features:

Full Lte Mode 4 sidelink implementation, through an extension of SimuLTE.
Fully ITS-G5 compliant via an integration with Artery.
Open Source: Allowing extension and reuse for the vehicular communication community.
