`MetaPost`

Pages (Examples: Mathematical Section)`MetaPost`

sources.
You can download the whole bunch
as a gzipped tar-file.
The archive is a `INSTALL`

script.
Just run the `INSTALL`

script in the mpost directory
and Bob's you uncle.
For most (if not all) of the examples it is assumed that you
have set your `TEX`

environment variable to
`latex`

.
It is also assumed that you have
ghostscript, latex, and metapost working.

Click on the links to see the pictures.
There is also a page with
links.
Time permitting,
I will add some more examples as well as
some useful `MetaPost`

tips.

- Everybody should know a proof of Pythagoras' Theorem.
- Those Fibonacci numbers
occur everywhere.
Now also
as squares
and as a trees
in
`MetaPost`

. - An example of how to draw Hilbert curves. There probably are better and more efficient ways of doing this but I didn't bother to see which. Let me know if you have a better solution.
- The intersection of a circle and a parabola.
- Some fun with stars and related graphs.
- You can download all
`MetaPost`

related stuff from Marc's site as a gzipped tar-file.
