  - access control: based on the request
  - authentication: userids & passwords
  - authorization: userids

Module: mod_authz_host

  Restrict access on the basis of client IP address,
   client hostname or request headers

  Uses:
   e.g. make part of your site accessible only to, say,
        an internal network
   e.g. to ban awkward clients

  Allow from csg20-31.ucc.ie
