Ingredients

• 1 measure dark run
• 1 measure golden rum
• 1 measure white rum
• ice
• ½ lime
• 4 dashes apricot brandy
• 4 dashes cherry brandy
• 4 dashes passion fruit
• fresh pineapple and papaya

Instructions

For the best Zombies in Cork,

1. Half fill the blender with cracked ice;
2. add all the spirits and the juice;
3. blend well;
4. pour into a glass; and
5. garnish with the fruit.
