I have been at UCC since September 2006. Currently, I am the Principal Investigator for an Enterprise Ireland Proof of Concept grant. Previously I was an IRCSET postdoctoral fellow researching the interactions between learning and evolution. Prior to this, I was at NUI,Galway as part of the Computational Intelligence Research Group.
I am currently working on a number of projects with both members of 4C and UCC's Knowledge Engineering Group. Project topics vary from the evolution of altruism, optimising forest management and a recommender system for YouTube.
