CP 2003 Registration

Conference Registration

Thanks to substantial sponsorship from Science Foundation Ireland, we are able to offer a much lower registration fee for CP2003 than for other recent CP conferences.

Here is the CP 2003 Registration Form. Please complete and return it, in accordance with the instructions on the top of the form. If you have queries about registration, please email m.connolly@4c.ucc.ie

What does the registration fee cover:

The main conference registration fee covers the following:

• Attendance at the Conference Welcoming Reception.
• Attendance at all session of the main conference. (This does not include the workshops, for which an additional fee must be paid -- see the registration form.)
• Coffee/tea/biscuits at the breaks denoted "Coffee Break" in the conference programme.
• Attendance at the Conference Banquet, Wednesday evening, 1 October.
• Joining the conference cultural programme:
  • The Ghost Tour of Kinsale, Tuesday evening, 30 September
  • The tour to Charlesfort, UCC Ogham Stones and Blarney Castle, Wednesday afternoon, 1 October.
  • Attendance at the Ceili Dance, Wednesday night, 1 October.

What does the registration fee not cover:

The registration fee does not cover accommodation or any food which is not listed above. In particular, the fee does not include lunches. Kinsale has a wide variety of restaurants within a few minutes walking distance of the conference hotels. (Here is a partial list of places to eat in Kinsale. Besides this list, there are, at the time this is being written, Thai, Vietnamese and Indian restaurants -- beware, though, restaurants come and go.) One of the charms of the place is finding a different place to eat every day. However, in addition, lunches are available in the conference hotels. Sign-up sheets will be passed around during the plenary session on each morning on the main conference, to enable people who wish to do so to order lunch in one of the conference hotels.
